Shipping policy - Our orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, excluding holidays. Once processed orders leave our facility, they are outside of our control and completely in the hands of the post office. If you have any issues with your package (lost, stolen or damaged) please contact the post office and file a claim directly with them. 

Return policy - Due to the nature of our products, we cannot except any returns.

We are not responsible for returns due to wrong address or if you change your mind after purchase.

We will provide a replacement for any defected items or error made by us when shipping.
