My name is Aldaine Oakley, and I was born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica. When I moved to Houston, Texas, in 2016, I had one goal: to bring the authentic flavors of the Caribbean to the South.

Driven by my passion for great food, I launched my catering company, Spice Jamaica, LLC, where I shared the bold and vibrant tastes of Jamaica with the Houston community. In 2020, I took that passion a step further by creating my own line of seasonings.
